This privacy notice explains how Celestial Network handles information when you use our Minecraft Java Edition server, community services and support channels. Tebex separately operates this webstore and checkout as merchant of record.
1. Information we handle
Depending on how you use Celestial Network, we may handle:
- Your Minecraft Java Edition username, UUID and account identifiers.
- Server connection information, including IP address, login times and technical logs.
- Gameplay, chat, moderation, anti-cheat and security records.
- Discord identifiers and messages you send through support tickets.
- Purchase references, purchased entitlements and delivery status supplied through Tebex.
Celestial Network does not receive or store your complete card or payment-account details. Payment information is collected and processed by Tebex and its payment providers.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate the server, deliver purchased benefits, provide player support, enforce community rules, detect cheating or fraud, secure our services, maintain necessary records and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable, processing is based on performing our services, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the community, compliance with law, or your consent.
3. Tebex and other service providers
Tebex processes checkout, billing, tax, fraud prevention, fulfilment and refund information under its own privacy policy. We may also use trusted hosting, security, analytics and moderation providers where necessary to run Celestial Network.

4. Sharing
We do not sell player personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Celestial Network, with Tebex to fulfil purchases or resolve support issues, or with authorities when required by law or necessary to protect players, our services or others.
5. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Security, moderation and transaction-related records may be retained longer where needed to prevent repeat abuse, resolve disputes or meet legal requirements. Tebex controls the retention of information it collects for checkout.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in other countries subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Young players
Players under the age required to consent in their country should involve a parent or legal guardian before providing personal information. Purchases must also meet the age and authorisation requirements shown during Tebex checkout.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to request a portable copy. To make a request concerning Celestial Network data, open a private support ticket in our Discord. Requests concerning checkout or payment data should be sent directly to Tebex.
9. Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version.
