These server terms apply when you use Celestial Network and any benefits delivered through this store. Purchases are sold and processed by Tebex as merchant of record and are also governed by the Tebex Checkout Terms. If these server terms conflict with Tebex's terms for a purchase, Tebex's terms take priority for that transaction.
1. Eligibility and account details
You must comply with the age and payment-authorisation requirements displayed during checkout. Enter the correct Minecraft Java Edition username. Celestial Network currently does not support Bedrock Edition, and benefits purchased for an incorrect or unsupported account may not be deliverable.
2. Digital benefits
Ranks, credits, cosmetics, keys, boosters and other store items are digital benefits licensed for personal use on Celestial Network. They are not real-world currency, have no cash value and may not be sold, traded for money, transferred or commercially exploited unless a package explicitly allows it.
3. Delivery and support
Delivery is normally automatic after Tebex confirms payment. Delays can occur if the server is offline, the username is incorrect or a payment is still being reviewed. If an order has not arrived, open a private support ticket in our Discord and provide your Minecraft username and Tebex transaction reference. Do not post payment details publicly or buy the same package again while waiting for support.
4. Payments, refunds and chargebacks
Tebex handles billing, taxes, payment disputes and eligible refunds. Refund rights depend on Tebex's checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Contact Tebex or Celestial support before opening a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. Fraudulent purchases, false disputes and abuse of the payment system may result in removal of benefits and account restrictions where permitted.
5. Server rules and enforcement
A purchase does not exempt anyone from Celestial Network rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, fraud, chargeback abuse or other serious rule violations may result in suspension or a permanent ban. If access is restricted because of rule enforcement, purchased benefits may become unusable; this does not remove any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
6. Balance and service changes
We may rebalance, rename, replace or discontinue gameplay features when reasonably necessary for fairness, security, technical maintenance or the long-term health of the server. We will avoid materially reducing paid benefits without good reason and will provide a reasonable replacement where appropriate.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Celestial Network available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, faults, attacks, updates or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the server or delivery systems.
8. Subscriptions and gifts
If a package renews automatically, its price and billing period will be shown during checkout. Subscription management and cancellation instructions are supplied by Tebex. The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient details when gifting is available.
9. Intellectual property
Celestial Network branding, original artwork, text and server content may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Celestial Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft or Mojang Studios.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as our services change. The version applying to a purchase is the version available at the relevant time, subject to Tebex's checkout terms and applicable law. For server access, delivery or package questions, open a private ticket in our Discord community.
